ION SOFT SAND FILTERS

ION SOFT Sand Filters a depth filter that makes use of coarse and fine media mixed together in a fixed proportion. This arrangement produces a filter bed with adequate pore dimensions for retaining both large and small suspended particles. This filter consists of the vertical/cylindrical, FRP / MS pressure vessel. One set of internal water distribution and collection systems. One initial charge of filter sand, and underbed material. One set of frontal pipe work and valves. Pressure gauge to monitor the head loss across the filter.

The valves are manually / automatically operated. Available in IONSSF-1354, 1665, 1865, 2162, 2472, 3072, and 3672 Models.

ION SOFT Carbon filter is a depth filter that makes use of coarse Sand and Carbon media together in a fixed proportion. This arrangement produces a carbon bed with adequate pore dimensions for retaining contaminants and impurities. This filter consists of the vertical / cylindrical FRP pressure vessel. One set of internal water distribution and collection system. One initial charge of filter sand, and Carbon bed material. One set of frontal pipe work and valves. Pressure gauges to monitor head loss across the filter.

The valves are manually / automatically operated. Available in ION SACF: 1354, 1665,1865,2162,2472, 3072, and 3672 Models.

ION SOFT water Softener is a manually / automatically operated, and this Ion Exchange unit designed especially for domestic / Commercial use. It is simple to operate, inexpensive to maintain and is widely used in the domestic / Commercial sector. The softener comprises a FRP / MS pressure vessel containing a bed of Ion exchange resin, a regenerating system and control valves. Ion exchange resin in sodium form is used to exchange the sodium ions for the hardness forming calcium and magnesium ions. The valves manually / automatically operator.
